Delete your Trancemoto account

This page explains how to delete your Trancemoto account (Android and iOS app by TO DO: legal entity name), what we delete, what we keep and for how long.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open Trancemoto and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Danger zone.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is locked straight away. You are signed out on every device and no one can sign in to it. We send a confirmation email to the address on your account.
Option 2 — Without the app
If you cannot use the app (for example, you uninstalled it or lost your phone):
- Email support@trancemoto.com from the email address on your Trancemoto account (the one you use with Google or Apple sign-in).
- Use the subject line "Delete my account".
- We will reply to confirm, then follow the same steps as an in-app request. We act only on requests from the account's own address, to protect you from someone else deleting your account.

If you used Apple's Hide My Email, write from your Apple relay address, or tell us the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings.
Before you delete: cancel Pro
Deleting your account does not cancel a Trancemoto Pro subscription. Cancel it first, or the store may keep charging you:
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Trancemoto → Cancel.
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Trancemoto → Cancel.
Unused AI credits are erased with your account and are not refunded.
The 7-day grace period
You have 7 days to change your mind.
- To cancel the deletion: reply to the confirmation email from the same address (or write to support@trancemoto.com from it). We will restore your account exactly as it was and email you to confirm.
- To get a copy of your data first: reply to the confirmation email and ask. We will send it before the deletion.
After 7 days the deletion goes ahead and cannot be undone.
What we delete
After the grace period we permanently delete everything in your account:
- your profile, alias, emergency details and settings;
- your bikes and their photos;
- your rides, including GPS tracks, ride map images and ride photos;
- your fuel logs, receipt photos, service logs and invoices;
- your multi-day trips, trip plans, trip events, journal entries, journal photos and voice recordings;
- your AI chats, attachments, diagnoses and AI usage records;
- your group-ride memberships and messages, and group rides you hosted (including other members' messages in them);
- your notifications and registered devices;
- your subscription and AI-credit record at our subscription provider (RevenueCat), including unused credits.
We then send you one final email confirming the deletion, and delete your email address with it.
What we keep, and for how long

Deleting some data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your account to remove data:
- delete individual rides, fuel logs, service logs, trip events, journal entries and chats in the app;
- archive a bike, or choose Erase all data for this bike to permanently delete that bike's fuel, service, maintenance and AI diagnosis records (your rides are kept);
- stop sharing live location in a group ride at any time;
- write to TO DO: privacy email for anything else.
